Main Responsibilities
- •Develop, plan and lead a strong Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) program aligned with legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.
- •Support business growth by managing license reviews and new regulatory requirements.
- •Manage and oversee the on-site occupational health program, coordinating with HR and Legal.
- •Define and maintain emergency response procedures for organized crisis management.
- •Ensure continuous improvement through the EHS management system: risk assessment, goals and performance monitoring.
- •Lead and manage the site's HSE / EHS team.
- •Lead socio-environmental green initiatives and sustainability programs.
- •Develop a strong safety culture: report, investigate and act on all incidents.
- •Manage budget and long-term plan to ensure legal compliance and license to operate.
- •Represent the site in corporate initiatives.
- •Support internal and external EHS audits.
- •Coordinate Medical Services.
- •Lead country-level development of global environmental strategies.
Required Skills & Profile
- ✓Experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- ✓Solid experience managing the SESMT department
- ✓Knowledge of Brazilian occupational health and safety legislation
- ✓Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
- ✓Preferably specialization in EHS
- ✓Preferably experience with SESMT in Contact Center companies
- ✓Passion for technology and innovation
- ✓Drive for continuous improvement
- ✓Flexible, proactive and adaptable to change
